✓ 1326 To E.V. from E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} E.1/HP.20.10.33. <s>c.c. Mr. C.Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}</s> re Tools under Bonnet. - Bentley. You will remember we asked you to look into the question of arranging the tools under the bonnet on the Bentley, as mentioned in E.7/HP.6.10.33. It may help you to have a scheme which has been got out in Derby, and we attach herewith a blueprint of it, No. RR. Sch.425. The wheel mallet shown in this scheme is not the final one adopted, and we, therefore, advise you that you will want a print from BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} of the hammer that we specially designed for the job. We also attach blueprints of RR. Sch. 430 and RR. Sch. 415 shewing similar schemes for the 20/25 and 40/50 respectively.
