Faulty Regulators.

Starter Motor. Complaints of slipping, cured by fitting new cork washers 25/30HP.
Damaged starter rings on PH.III.
Failure of starter button switch due to broken carbon pigtail PH.III.

Exhaust Complaints. Corrosion in silencers from condensation.
The life of silencers is not very satisfactory.

Exhaust blows. Due to cracked silencers.
Present system is more free from blows.

Silencer rattles. Mainly from flexible suspension.

Exhaust & Petrol fumes in body. Cures - Extending Silencer outlet pipe and remote vent to petrol tank.
Enclosed fillers are troublesome.

TROUBLES WITH CARS ON TEST

25/30HP. Engine gears rattle and sing.
Oil Pumps noisy.
