Scintilla that we would prefer them not to spend any appreciable time in getting the two magnetos now on order as near to the specification as possible, but only to do what can readily be done quickly, because we are anxious to have these two magnetos as soon as possible, and because our final specification may vary slightly from the present version, after tests on these magneto have been made.
