We should, therefore, be extremely obliged if you would either return all the shock absorbers having only one large spring plate for rectification, or we shall be pleased to supply you with the required number of extra springs, if you will let us know how many you have in stock with only the single large spring, so that you can re-assemble the shock absorbers with the two large springs when you pass them through your testing shop.

We should like to point out that we have for some time past been using two types of springs, namely, the single large spring and the laminated spring, that is the double large single spring, as we believe that the latter gives more uniform and better results, but we have not definitely decided which type to standardize, and are, of course, quite prepared to fit whichever type meets with your approval.

We believe, however, that you will admit, considering the large number of shock absorbers supplied to your goodselves, that the complaints have been very few and far between, and we are always prepared to adopt any detailed improvements which you may consider necessary, and we shall be very pleased to go into this matter with you with a view to next Season's designs, and either the writer or our Representative will be pleased to call on you at any time, should you wish to discuss the matter further.

Yours faithfully,
T.B. ANDRE & CO. LTD.
