Dear Sirs,
As promised we enclose herewith detailed drawings of the style of union which we use, also drawing of the air line piping. We have found this arrangement of narrow seating in conjunction with the taper that we use on the cone, could be highly satisfactory from an air tightness point of view, even if the installation is not done by skilled people.
We are preparing a tank unit for you as requested, for the 20 h.p. car, to the detailed dimensions shown on your drawing F.55743.
We do not think, however, that we have the correct particulars by us for the 40/50 h.p. tank unit, as that shown on
