(6) Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} should let me have the saving in cost of the Bentley thick leaf rear spring.

(7) Mths.{Reg Matthews} Matthews to get particulars of the Chevrolet ring when it arrives, we have ordered a piston complete with rings. He should also try out the 1" taper gas rings. Our aim on this oil consumption job is to run with Mobiloil arctic oil and wide big end clearances, 40 lbs. oil pressure, and get a consumption of somewhere about 1 pt. an hour.

(8) Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} Swindall will start an endurance test on the Le Mans head before the end of the week.

(9) Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} Swindall to complete tests on annealed Hall's bearings and issue a report.

(10) Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} to follow up stiffer crankcases, flexible flywheel on 6-B-IV, etc.

(11) Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} to complete endurance on stellited silchrome valves with lead fuel, and close clearance valves.

(12) Hym. Hym. to complete his confirmation of his detonation results and to issue a report.

(13) A.F.Ms. Martindale to co-operate with New Hudsons and get the simplified brake set-up as soon as possible.

(14) Hym. Hym. to test out the 6 x 17" Bentley wheels and tyres and give an opinion on their road holding.

(15) Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} Ory. will follow up 5-B-IV, which has already been discussed with RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}

(16) A.F.Ms. Martindale will urge the anti-jagger parts for the bentley and get them tested as soon as possible.

(17) C.T.S. Salt will instruct a straight through pipe for the large manifold for Le Mans.

(18) Std. Steadman will produce a radiator for 5-B-4.

(19) A.F.Ms. Martindale will investigate wheel patter on 5-B-IV and find out if it is a function of the large section tyre. He will also see if variations in side stg. tube springs have any effect on this.
