the Committee point out that the level of oil is now indicated by an over flow cock, situated in the side of the gear box at the correct level. They consider this scheme far more practicable and convenient than a dip stick of any description.

The Committee think that you should thank Mr Henning for his suggestion, as they are of value to the Company.
