2nd Meeting Dec. 4. 11. Re Mr Henning's suggestion concerning lubrication of steering rod. "Also the grease cap on back end of longitudinal steering rod is very difficult to get at with a vallance on a car, and I thought it might be better if the radius rod idea, viz. two lubricatorss at the front end, one of which in communication with the rear ball joint, might be used on front of the above steering rod." X457 X670 The Committee agreed that it was not advisable to incorporate the radius rod scheme of lubrication with the longitudinal steering rod, as it necessitated a very large quantity of R.R. 335A (100) X (10M) 205. 8.1.13 G 5259 | ||
