Ltd., Triplex Works, King's Norton, BIRMINGHAM. For the attention of Mr. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Gough Dear Sirs, We acknowledge with thanks your letter of the 13th February, and note that your main criticisms to our proposed Windscreen and Backlight Glasses was the minimum corner bend radii. We shall definitely modify these in our designs to give the 7" to 8" minimum that you have requested. As these are your only comments on the curvature of the glass we are assuming that you would be satisfied with the larger main curvature which was shown on the drawings we sent you. We thank you for the information on the tolerances and we shall endeavour to design the apertures to accommodate the amounts as stated. Yours faithfully, For and on behalf of ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED Assistant Chief Designer (Body) | ||
