I thought the following quote from a senior member of the
Esso organisation might be of interest to you:

"Although you personally are not in the Car Division, you are
the only gentleman of the Company with whom I have any contact, so I
must pass through you my congratulations on the truly beautiful piece
of engineering I saw at the Paris Show last week.

There is no doubt that the new car will carry on the tradition
of publicising the fact that in this country when we want to we can leave
everybody else stone cold when it comes to producing first class
engineering as a thing of beauty."
