P.III HYDRAULIC BRAKES.

With reference to HPS{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}/WSC{W. S. Cassel}1/BA.19.2.38, in view of the present policy with regard to spending a minimum amount of money on P.III's, we cannot proceed with the fitting of these hydraulic brakes for the time being. We should be glad, however, if you would refrain from scrapping the parts; if necessary, these can be stored at Shardlow.
