(1) Throttles sticking. Fit Vellumoid washer instead of C. and A.{Mr Adams} to prevent pulling up distortion. (2) Hot spot pipe to have sliding joint connection where the brazed joint has cracked. (3) Stud in danger of stripping on forward carb. (4) Accelerator pump modifications as per By/CS2/EH.9.5.32. (5) Change diffusers supplied by R.Matthews. (6) Throttle stop fitted. (7) Slightly stronger throttle closing spring if throttles still fail to shut correctly after they have been made perfectly free. (8) Ensure shaft with flexible couplings connecting the two throttles is in perfect alignment. | ||
