Dear Sirs,

Re 13½" Driven Plates.

We have to acknowledge receipt of your esteemed letter of the 13th instant in connection with the above, and thank you for enclosed drawing No.N.Sch. 4825.

Meantime, we would advise that we have set out a suggested scheme as shown as shown our drawing No.Ex.1039/2, and would ask you to give this plate your consideration, for you will appreciate that scheme as set out by you would be impossible with the plates we have in stock, incorporating horse-shoe slots.
