in view of the fact that the Government are desirous of finding an Oil which will replace Castor Oil, they having ascertained that this Oil breaks up very badly and loses its lubricating properties after a period of running. We should esteem it a favour if you would be kind enough to state a day that [illegible] would be convenient to yourself to see our Mr. Charles Dick and the writer, as we feel sure that with advice from you we could make important improvements in the Oil.
