We have had four cases of broken Centralised Lubrication Pipes during the last two weeks which have occurred on complete cars, but fortunately found during the final test of the complete car. We are sending the faulty pipes to you herewith These have been removed from the following chassis:- 22-XJ. 19-XJ. GCP-22. GXO-48. Whilst we understand that this matter has had attention as the result of quite a number of breakages which have occurred on test, the question should be considered as to what action, if any, is to be taken in regard to cars already delivered to owners and cars at present at Coachbuilders.
