Origin: To improve reliability. Experimental Test Report. The new design of valve avoids the risk of stick-ing. It is also fitted in a more accessible position. Road Test Report. Run 10,000 miles on 12-EX. No failures during test of stick-oil pressure. This is the first 10,000 miles which has been completed without relief valve having to be dismantled.
