We enclose a letter which came to hand this morning from the Midland Machine Company who are the agents for a German machine. These machines are, of course, primarily designed for the manufacture of large paper condensers such as are used for radio and we therefore expect that they would have to modify or quote you for a machine other than that quoted in their letter. Regarding the condenser, we are making up samples to your Drawing D 53354 but we should like to consider the whole matter in greater detail at the same time. Would you therefore let us know:- (1) What is the capacity which gives you the best results? .2 mfd (2) What is the peak voltage applied to the condenser and the maximum current they have to pass? 300 (3) What is the maximum temperature which the condenser will reach? 80c (4) Whether you are particularly limited in respect of size? | ||
