NITRURATION STEEL.
-------------------

Will you kindly order from Messrs. Firth-Derihon Stampings Ltd. one crankshaft suitable for our P. type engine in the above steel.

They have promised to let us have one crankshaft forging as a sample at the same price as we pay for our present crankshaft stampings. The offer in question was made in their letter of the 27th August, copy of which we attach.

At the same time kindly ask whether Messrs. Firth Derihons have any special requirements or suggestions to put forward in connection with the handling of the steel during the machining operations.
