X.4075. To By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} c. to CJ c. to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} c. to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} De3/M6.5.22. X.4075 - GOSHAWKII HEAD LAMP WIRING. We should like to point out that our N. Sch.1243 shews a proposal for preventing the lamp from turning, and so chearing its wires. It also shews increased facility for leading the wires round the wing stay and lampbracket, and also a method of preventing the accumulation of water inside the wing stay. What we propose to do is to show a method of armouring a portion of the lead, when we expect that this matter will complete this job. Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} | ||
