New dynamo output test procedures involving extended lamp usage and supplementary laboratory tests.

At the present time, when we run our tests in the summer time, the lamps are hardly every used and therefore there is no chance of shewing up any fault of insufficient charge. We are also arranging with EFC. that the road tests shall be augmented by a Laboratory test, which will shew us how long the car can be expected to run under the worst conditions before any trouble is likely to occur.
