Phantom III - Servo.

The test Dept. tester, Lewis, showed me yesterday a balance arm of the servo broken through the fulcrum hole. There was a flaw on the top ridge spreading down fully 3/8". He reports having found two more with cracks at the same point. It would appear that the flaws are being caused during the forging, the metal being too cold. MX.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} will probably take the matter up with you as Lewis has reported same to him.
