Re. Water Temps.

We have run across a feature with 18.G.IV. that did not occur with 19.G.IV. that is when we carry out the 5 mins. stationary slow running test at the end of each run, the water temperature immediately rises to 95°C and the red lamp is glowing the whole time. We can also obtain this on the road running at 4 M.P.H. for approx. 1/2 mile.
It is not a question that the fan belt is slack or any inefficiency in that respect, and the air temperature is low enough at the present moment. The water is circulating as we have heard it at the opening at the top of the radiator.

I am mentioning this to you before I say anything in my Daily Report. Do you think that it is a question of the pump not being efficient enough.
