We have already agreed a to/charge with Messrs. Lucas for carrying out this modification and we do not think that you could at N. carry out the work as cheaply as Messrs. Lucas. At the same time, it must be remembered that no guarantee could be issued with lamps modified at N. whereas Messrs.
