Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X 5840. y5430. X5230. To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} re 18-G-4. Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}6/E9.12.31 Copy to R.W.H., RY. Referring to the above car which is now running a 15,000 mile test in France, it is very distressing to see continual references to the unsatisfactory steering on any road surfaces other than smooth at speeds of 50 miles an hour upwards; also to note that the exhaust manifold has cracked/- in other words we are still not clear on this question of exhaust manifolds which is one of our most troublesome and expensive complaints. I should be glad to know what action is proposed. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} [STAMP] RECEIVED 07 JAN 1932 | ||
