Chassis B-189-AE. A.H.R. Fedden Esq.

Attached is copy of a letter I have had from Mr. Fedden in reply to mine of the 18th inst.

We could provide Fedden with a high compression cylinder head, which we think he would appreciate as he would have no difficulty whatever in getting good fuel since his Company uses a quantity of Aviation grade. We shall actually have such a cylinder head spare off Lp{Mr Lappin}'s car, because we are now changing this to a big bore unit, and as all our cars are being changed to big bores this head, unless given to a customer, will eventually be scrap.

If we do give him a high compression head it would perhaps not be policy to charge him full price for it as the big bore unit will be announced about the same time as he gets his car back.
