X.7650. EFC/T9.7.26. (VERSION 1) X.7650. PINION OPERATED SWITCH. X.7781. SPECIFICATION OF PRODUCTION INSPECTION AND TEST. (1) Inspection shall be made that :- (a) With the spring contact held off, the rotating switch member moves freely in any position without any appreciable side movement of the spindle in the bush. (b) The spring contact is making correct line contact with the rotating copper contact. (c) The bakelite rubbing block on the moving member is flush with the copper contact block. (2) The spring load on contact shall now be ascertained and should lie between the limits of 4 to 6 lbs. weight. (3) The insulation of the spring contact shall now be tested with an A.C. voltage of 205 through a lamp. MADE AT CROXLEY EFC. | ||
