(13) Steering friction. Not on Agenda.

P.H. raised the point of the ball and friction loading not "staying put" and asked that some provision be made to enable the owner or chauffeur to check up the friction loading and adjust same if necessary. He said that at present the Company was being put to appreciable expense in attending to this point at service depots and that also it was inconvenient to owners to send their cars in for this adjustment to be made.
