sufficient to thoroughly clean out the radiator system as it is considered that it is likely to continue to be satisfactory.

3. Fabric Coupling Failures.
It was considered that the improved method of attaching the plates has practically cured this trouble.

4. Clutch Jaggers and Slipping.
There is no cure for this at present but the Experimental Dept. are working on it.

5. Oil Failures.
This has been dealt with and practically cured. There will probably be a lot to deal with, however, since there are so many of them on the road.

6. Exhaust Cut-outs.
This has been dealt with by a new design.

7. Exhaust Butterfly Squeak.
We already have some improvement for this but By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} will try further improvements in conjunction with Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}

8. Over-oiling troubles.
We have been honing and strutting.
By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} and Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} however, think that the over-oiling can be cured by the new type piston ring and this is being looked further into. If this can be done it will, of course, be a far cheaper method of dealing with this complaint.

9. Engine Slipper Drive Seized.
Although there is no actual cure the improvements which have been made considerably improves the position and complaints are getting less.

10. Exhaust Blows.
An alteration has been made in the washers which they think will cure this trouble. This new type of washer has not been on the road sufficiently long for us to be certain, but the works have every hope of it.

11. Hydraulic Shock Absorbers.
Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} stated that bore boring holes in the valve cures this trouble and he is passing the necessary information to Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders}

12. Piston Knocks, and Seizure.
By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} stated that there is a new scheme in hand for the cure of this.
