13. Springing Complaints.
It was agreed that by the recent methods adopted by the Experimental Dept. very great progress has been made in dealing with Phantom springing complaints and it was thought advisable in every case of a persistent complaint to arrange to send the car to Derby, even although it meant lending the customer a car in the meantime.
The experiments are not in sufficiently advanced a position to allow of Depots making the alterations.

18. Water Pump Failures.
There is a new scheme which cures this and Hm. {Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} will see if "N" are using it.
