Dear Sirs,

re Brake Servo Linings

We beg to acknowledge with thanks your letter of the 13th inst., and regret to note that you should find the servo linings, made up in F.F.1 material, unsuitable for your purposes.

We cannot at the moment quite appreciate why you should experience such a large percentage drop in the coefficient of friction and we are communicating with our suppliers in this regard, and shall be pleased to forward our further comments in due course.

In the meantime,

We are,
Yours faithfully,

BORG & BECK COMPANY LIMITED
