We have arranged that one of my assistants (Mr. Hancock) will go to Switzerland in order to investigate the troubles in connection with water boiling. We wired you today as follows :-

"MAN WILL LEAVE FOR GENEVA TO INVESTIGATE OVERHEATING TROUBLES TOMORROW - HIVES".

After further consideration we came to the conclusion that there were several fittings which the man should take to enable him to obtain definite record of the conditions which will enable us to reproduce these conditions here. We find that we cannot get these parts ready until Saturday morning. We also have to obtain a pass-port.

We recommend that you wire Monsieur Maurice Reverdin saying that our man will arrive there at the beginning of next week.
