Cox - Advertising Manager} Evl/IH.23.3.34. re: 5.B.4. -------- We thank you for your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry{Shadwell Grylls}2/KW.22.3.34. The tank and filler for this car are shown on N.Sch.3929. The filler is outside the rear boot. It has been decided that this filler will not be used as standard, but as an optional extra. Some customers insist on an outside filler. The filler for standard use is like the original one, inside the boot, but with a duct permitting the last two gallons to be filled when the car is on a camber. This is N.Sch4001. All tanks should have the revised suspension which allows the tank to be dropped without removing the rear springs - (See N.Sch.3945.) Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
