We quite appreciate the position and as we believe you will not have the car very long it will no doubt be the best to make no transfers. There is, however, the question of work which had to be carried out to put the car into good order to enable you to make experiments. This we believe is essentially the Experimental Dept's expense.

Will you please let us hear from you in order that we may arrange a debit accordingly.
