I have examined the model and drawings of the Patent
Ventilation Scheme by Mr. Simms, of Cleveland.

The design seems to have possibilities and is practical in
its layout and construction.

I can see no serious mechanical objection to it and agree
with Hn{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} that if the scheme were taken over by a firm experienced
in window lift manufacture, they would be able to still further
develop the constructional details.
