27th November, 1936.

Messrs. John Marstons Ltd.,
WOLVERHAMPTON.

For the attention of Mr. Dunn.

Dear Sirs,

This is to confirm that as discussed by telephone, with you yesterday, you have given us a definite promise for the experimental matrix to Ex. 24776 for Dec. 10th or before. We would appreciate very much of course anything you can do to urge this matrix before that date.

We would like you to confirm that you are constructing a special oil cooler top plate to the drawing E.88558 which we sent you. We are forwarding the unions within the next day or so.

The writer is looking forward to examining the results of the tests on the U.S.A. matrix blocks when these are available.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
