Specifications for the construction of a Sports Saloon vehicle body.

FLOORS. CONT.
to be constructed in sheet steel ( or aluminium) and lined with thin wood if necessary to avoid drumming. None of the floor need be made detachable forward of the rear seat. The rear seat board should have a hole to permit of the removal of the battery and the floor of the luggage container should have a trap door to allow of the removal of the tank fittings if necessary.
Floors to be covered with sponge rubber and suitable carpet.

INSTRUMENT BOARD.
To be fitted in position indicated but left 10ins. deep in centre and straight across the bottom so that the instruments may be fitted by Derby and the board cut to suit and polished.

SCUTTLE ISOLATION
See N.Sch. 3486.

TOOLS.
Road tools to be carried either in the scuttle or under the bonnet in front of the dash. Other tools to be in a drawer above the luggage container and sliding out forwards in to the body.

LUGGAGE.
The cases to be removed from inside the body by hinging the rear squab.

BODY ACCESSORIES.
Two interior lamps in the rear and two interior switches. Recessed lamp in scuttle rail with its own integral switch as supplied by ourselves. Ashtray companions recessed into the rear quarters and an ashtray in the scuttle rail. Hidden control to the blind of the rear window. No other blinds. Built in and flush fitting ventilators to the dropping windows of the doors. Electrical direction indicators to be recessed into the rear quarters.

WEIGHT.
The whole of the coachwork as supplied by Messrs Park Ward must not exceed 8cwt. The coachwork complete to be weighed before it is delivered, to avoid subsequent controversy as to the apportionment of the total weight of the car.

DELIVERY.
Work to proceed on this body in conjunction with the model chassis and the bonnet and radiator. Delivery date to be fixed later.
