We wrote you 4/9/13 asking you to instruct the Drawing Office to get out some method for giving our Valve Springs a rapid destructive test in accordance with Mr Johnson's wishes. More than three months later, on 17/12/13, we wrote you again explaining that the works had not yet been instructed to make the necessary rig and that Mr Moon could not remember being instructed to design one, and that Mr Johnson had again written to know whether the new rig was completed, but we cannot trace even having had a reply from you and we would like to know what is being done in the matter so that we may report to Mr Johnson as he has requested us to do. p.
