Notes of Meeting.

Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} tried the first SpectreCodename for Phantom III car, i.e. drove it from Derby to Nottingham and has made a separate report.

PHANTOMS.

In view of the fact that it is now quite obvious that we cannot hope to have SpectreCodename for Phantom III for Olympia, it was decided that we must order 25 more Phantom chassis forthwith.

Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} said that he would consult with C. and Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} on his return and has since sent through instructions in Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}21/E15.2.35 to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} for a further 100 instead of 25 as above.

BENTLEY.

The question was discussed of Experimental Car 5-B-IV and it was decided that this car had better be got away to France as soon as possible.

Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} said that it should get away by the end of February with the following additional items to those given in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}15/KW.20.12.34 -

Centrally Mounted Radiator.
Isolated Gear Lever.
Water Excluders to Brake Drums.
Lighter weight set of Road Springs.
Lightened Aerolite Pistons in RR material.
7% Lower Gear Axle Ratio.
Air Cooled Dynamo.

Re Cylinder Head - this is being modified with more metal between the valve seats and with adjustable tappets.

Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} raised the question of whether we could not standardise the head which had already been cleared by French tests and which was on Lp{Mr Lappin}'s car.

It was agreed that this could be cleared for use for special customers and the Standardisation Sheet will be signed from that point of view.
