For the attention of Mr. West.
Dear Sirs,
We have your esteemed letter of the 25th inst., together with Order No. R.5723. We also received a telephone message this morning from Mr. Lappin, but, unfortunately, the instrument, up to this moment (Noon Monday), has not arrived. Mr. Lappin states that we are to inform him by telephone immediately the instrument comes in and is adjusted by us. He will then send the car to us to refit the instrument.
We shall, of course, report to you exactly what we found wrong with this instrument.
Yours faithfully,
For A.T. SPEEDOMETER CO. LTD.,
H.R.Buckland
Director.
3pm. Instrument just arrived -
Mr Lappin calling at 5/6pm this evening.
