Lightened Type A.T. Speedometer.

The A.T. Co. have sent us a further speedometer of the lightened type to replace the one that we are now testing and which as you are aware has failed due to the trip winder not functioning satisfactorily.

We find however that on the new instrument the trip setter spindle emerges from the instrument at the wrong angle. We have informed Mr. Buckland on the 'phone of this and he has agreed that if we cannot possibly use the instrument he will take it back and modify it. We find that it is impossible to use this instrument in its present state and we should be glad if you would return it to the A.T. Speedometer Co., for the attention of Mr. Buckland, in order that the angle of the trip spindle can be corrected.
