Dear Mr. Thomas,

Thank you very much for the enjoyable day you gave us yesterday and also for the loan of the cotal gear box.

We should be very pleased if you could come over to the Factory next week and provisionally suggest Wednesday, 21st of February.

It is very difficult to fix a date with any certainty owing to the activities of the Air Ministry, but, if Wednesday is a suitable day for you, I suggest that I ring you on Tuesday morning confirming it, if it is going to be alright.

We shall be please to see anybody you like to bring with you and suggest that you arrive here in time for lunch.

We find it convenient to make our visit to Birmingham to collect the cotal gear box on Monday and hope this will fit in with your arrangements.

Yours sincerely,
