I should be glad of your views on the following extract from a report received by me to-day:

'Mr. Raymond Mays called in this morning to see you, and asked me to pass on to you that, whilst travelling in France yesterday, the adjusting tappet screw stripped its thread and left him stranded except for the fact that one of our experimental cars happened to pass and was able to fix him up. He said he is rather interested to know the cause of this and is proposing to take the car into 'W' for their inspection; he was anxious that this information should be passed on to you.'
