2 type of damper they also get knocks due to the piston rotating when it should not. Their rubber links undoubtedly help them a bit. Rubber bushes at the front end of the rear spring also. Though we may be forced into the present Buick scheme on the Wraith for want of more time we shall, I am convinced, eventually come to a front suspension with all rubber bushings. and we must get one running experimentally you will see from my report the clutch information so far obtained. I think the O.H. Camshaft Cyl head is going to be too difficult for cyl head joints though of course I anticipate we are making hydraulic tests with the head on a flat plate to see how we can get it right. These should continue, also a head to the same design in Cast Iron. At the same time I should like Le Smith to make an analysis of all the 2 valve Penthouse type of heads that have ever been built - to see if it is worth making an alternative to utilise | ||
