BENTLEY GEAR LEVER.

We should like to try your gear lever to Ex.8727 with the knob turned ~~out~~ in ebonite or black bakelite for improved appearance and also to see if the light mass spoils its anti-rattle propensities. At present this lever does not make any of the noise from which the standard lever suffers. There has been some complaint that you can get in reverse gear when you do not wish to with this lever. We should therefore like XXX to try springs 25% and 50% stronger.
