| S/W Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}.....from C. Re B.58.GA...Richard Summers. I had a call a few days ago from Mr.Richard Summers, who said he had really only called in to meet me and explain that he was quite satisfied with his car, and the only grouse he had was in respect of the springing. He says that it compares badly with his 20 h.p. Hillman. Apparently his complaint is pitching, and hardness at medium speeds. I do not know whether you have been in touch with Mr.Summers recently, but as you know him so well personally I was wondering whether you have any suggestions we can make to satisfy him. He says he thinks his car is worse than others he has been in. C. | ||
