Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}/Hy{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer}23/L2613. (contd) 2. in spite of the fact that it is thinner and appears to be lighter metal in the top tank A short test resulted as follows :- | | Water. | Atmosphere | Floorboards. | | :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- | | At start | 53° | 16.5° | 22° | | After 2 miles | 63° | 17° | 30° | | After 25 miles. | 72° | 16° | 35° | Body with enclosed driving seats. Plain bonnet, louvred side guards. 2 Ventilators in dash, also 2 ventilators in dash which admit air to underneath floorboards. I should not recommend its adoption on the points of increased weight and differently constructed top tank although the latter point could be altered. The workmanship is good and I should say these people could make a good radiator. | ||
