Re Chassis 45.G.6. Parkinson. ------------------- This owner has returned the dynamo with a complaint that it is out of order and makes a considerable noise when running. A replacement has already been sent. We send the faulty machine No.48, herewith, we have examined it and we find that the solder has melted out of the commutator connections due to excessive heat, caused through bad brush bedding. As the brushes have been cleaned and badly filed, the real evidence of the trouble has gone. Will you kindly carry out an examination of this machine, and submit your report and also pass the dynamo to SFT{Mr Swift}, to be put into good order and return to us? Order No.50768. EP{G.
