c. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} CHASSIS. With regard to Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s remark that the Lagonda scheme of locating petrol pumps and tools in a special receptacle made circularly, and positioned to resemble a spare wheel cover, I have investigated the patent position and find that W.O. Bentley took out a provisional patent application 29679/35, but it was never completed. This means that the matter has not been patented, and we are free to use same if it is suggested we should do so. BY.{R.W.
