In view of the confusion which has arisen at Cricklewood with regard to the correct procedure appertaining to the electrical equipment on the Phantom III, we suggest that any information circulated in the future should be as clear as possible.

The attached note from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/RC.{R. Childs} raises one or two points in connection with the Service Complaints Conference held recently.
