INDUCTION PIPE AND CARBURETTER.

It is not proposed to standardise the hot water heating as fitted to this car. Further experimental tests are being made.

BODY SUBFRAME.

It is not proposed to standardise this at present. The tests being made are purely experimental.

OIL PUMP AND OIL RELIEF VALVE.

During the next run with this car in France, we are making modifications which we hope will reduce this fault.

SERVO JAGGERING.

Experimentally we have proved out a definite scheme for over-coming this fault. The matter is now being dealt with at WW. to provide a suitable design.

SLIGHT SQUEAKING OF BRAKES - front and rear.

The brake material fitted to this car was not standard. The material is considered unsatisfactory and will not be used.

FRONT EXHAUST PIPE AND EXHAUST BOX.

Experimental tests are being made on this at the Works. We think it is probable that an alteration will have to be made in the design to avoid the failures which occur.

CLUTCH SLIPPING.

We cannot account for this. We have discussed this matter with our man in charge at Chateauroux and during the further running of the car, less oil will be put into the universal joint in the clutch.

FRONT SPRING BROKEN.

We are arranging to run the next 10,000 contd :-
